Vanguard Health Systems officials are teaming up with the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia on plans to build a children's hospital in San Antonio. The two plan to present their vision to prospective partners in the next two months. Vanguard (Ticker: VHS) runs five hospitals in the San Antonio area and gets about 17 percent of its revenues there.
