Sommet boss ordered to hand over assets
CEO Brian Whitfield and his wife (and VP of payroll) Marsha have been told by a judge to produce "possibly hundreds of thousands of dollars in records and assets" of Sommet Group and to leave alone related entities. Bankruptcy trustee Sam Crocker says the couple shifted around assets just before and after federal agents raided their company's offices in July.
