Councilwoman Megan Barry, a woman oft-speculated to have an eye to higher office, will be the keynote at the Tennessee Transgender Political Coalition's third annual fundraising dinner on October 18. Tickets are $20 per person. The dinner will be held at Morgan House at the First Unitarian Universalist Church in Green Hills.
