Global call center operator Sitel is building its second facility in Bulgaria, which will house 100 people by the end of next year. The call center in Varna is scheduled to open in February and house German-speaking workers to help with customer service for a telecom client.
Nashville-based telemarketing and outsourcing company Sitel has announced plans to add more than 125 new employees at its Oak Ridge facility.
The hiring effort comes as Sitel announced in May it is expanding its inbound call center in Delaware and adding 100 new positions (read here).

Call center manager Xerox is hiring 100 people for its Nashville operations to service one of its health insurance customers during this fall’s open enrollment season. The company says the openings will be temporary but that workers will have a shot at regular employment. Hiring managers are in the market now and will host job fairs at their 545 Marriott Drive offices next Thursday and on Sept. 15.
Agero Inc., a Massachusetts-based company that markets roadside assistance and safety services, plans to add more than 100 people to its Clarksville call center. The company will hire its new employees throughout this year at the facility, which opened almost two years ago. Agero officials say they're also hiring for their Florida, Arizona and Ontario operations.
