Nashville-based law firm Sherrard & Roe has added David C. Crenshaw as an associate.
Crenshaw (pictured), a certified public accountant, will focus his practice on corporate, real estate, and commercial lending, according to a release.
Previously an assurance associate with Ernst & Young, Crenshaw is a May graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Law, where he was a Dean’s Scholar and a member of the Vanderbilt Law Review. He earned a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Tennessee and a B.S. degree, also from UT, in finance in May 2009.
Crenshaw is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.
“At a young age, David already has a level of transactional experience that is most welcome,” Tom Sherrard, Sherrard & Roe founding member, said in the release. “We are delighted to have him as part of our firm.”
Sherrard & Roe has added to its ranks associate Andrea Sinclair, who will focus on trusts and estates and litigation work. Sinclair was previously a clerk for Tennessee Court of Appeals judge Neal McBrayer and a summer associate at Sherrard in both 2012 and 2013. She earned her law degree from Vanderbilt University in 2014.
“We are so pleased to welcome Andrea to our firm after a distinguished performance in law school and as a law clerk this past year,” said Tom Sherrard, founding member of Sherrard & Roe. “She will be an important addition to our growing estate and trust practice.”
