Kelley Cannon loses murder conviction appeal

The Tennessee Court of Appeals on Monday denied the appeal by Kelley Cannon, who was convicted more than two years of killing her husband, James Cannon, the co-founder of Medical Reimbursements of America. Attorneys for Kelley Cannon had argued that there was not enough evidence and that some items shouldn't have been admitted at trial.
