On the flip side, SmarTrend has flagged bearish indicators for two locals: Psych Solutions (Ticker: PSYS) should soon test its moving averages and LP shares (Ticker: LPX) had a down day on low volume.

As we were catching up to SEC documents filed just before Christmas, we saw that Louisiana-Pacific has signed a new financing deal for its Chilean operations. The company last week inked a 10-year, $39 million loan agreement with Banco de Crédito e Inversiones to replace a credit line with a Chilean bank.
