Brentwood-based employee and student research firm The Work Institute is opening a research call center in Brazil.

The South American location, created in partnership with Strategic International Solutions for Business, will primarily focus on Portuguese language clients. The company currently conducts research interviews in English, German, Mandarin, French and other languages from its Florida-based call center.

“We have several clients with a significant presence in South America. With the addition of Portuguese speaking interviewers in Sao Paulo, Brazil, we further enhance our capability to provide our clients with valuable feedback from current and former employees,” said company managing director Danny Nelms.
