City drops zoning fees to spark development
The Metro Planning department is waiving fees for zoning changes in areas of North Nashville and along Dickerson and Nolensville Pikes in hoeps of sparking redevelopment interest. WPLN reports that the fees can range from $1,400 up to $8,000. The incentive is targeting small-scale developers.
