Dialogic brand phased out

PlantCML, the California company that acquired Franklin's Dialogic Communications Corp. in 2006 and recently installed a new GM there, has consolidated the emergency notification unit's branding into a division of the mothership that also houses call-center and mobile-radio services. From the presser:
Like the patented REVERSE 911® emergency notification system provided by PlantCML, DCC’s globally recognized software applications, The Communicator!® NXT™, GeoCast® Web™, and NetNotify™, are now available through PlantCML’s Notification Solutions and Services (NSS) business unit. So too is the company’s interactive voice response system, Frontwave®, which is used by commercial call centers in the U.S. and abroad. While the DCC brand has changed, its office, located in Franklin, Tennessee (a suburb of Nashville), will remain integral to serving clients ranging from public safety operations to Fortune 1000 corporations to federal agencies. Led by Bob Freinberg, vice president and general manager, all NSS product development, technical support, field services and sales efforts will continue to be managed from this location.
PlantCML is owned by EADS, the global aerospace and defense conglomerate that has about $60 billion in annual sales.
