Nik Fincher, a veteran of Nashville's health care scene, has been promoted to vice president of purchased services at VHA, a national group purchasing organization. While in Nashville, Fincher spent time at Centex Resources and IT venture Inphact, which merged into Evolved Digital, a company that recently filed for bankruptcy.
