Pet DRx execs get $2M bonus pool

In a filing detailing its pending sale to VCA Antech, Pet DRx says it has set aside $2 million in bonuses for its executives after the deal closes. Independent directors Gene Burleson and Joel Kanter will oversee the distribution of the pool, which will first pay the transaction's closing costs.

Pet DRx has to tweak statements

Veterinary hospital operator Pet DRx has restated parts of its third-quarter financial reports after getting a little advice from staffers at the Securities and Exchange Commission recently about the accounting treatment of some warrants it sold last year. The restatement doesn't affect the Brentwood-based company's (Ticker: VETS) income or cash flow statements.
