Roger L. Booker has joined Nashville-based PBG Builders, Inc., as controller.
Booker (pictured), who will oversee PBG accounting and financial management strategies, was previously with Progressive Pipeline, Inc., in Meridian, Mississippi, serving as vice president of finance. For 11 years, he was controller and CFO at McElroy Truck Lines, Inc./Sumter Management, Inc. Prior to that, he spent 10 years as controller at H & M Construction Co.

Booker earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of West Alabama. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Alabama Society of CPAs.
Goodlettsville-based general contractor PBG Builders Inc. has landed the contract to construct a 56,300-square-foot operations building for Nashville Electric Service, according to Metro Codes Administration Services documents. The building will be located at 488 Myatt Drive, with the permit valued at $8.47 million.
