Atlanta-based QR Capital has paid $14.85 million Hillwood Pointe Apartments at 6430 Charlotte Pike.
Brentwood-based The Kirkland Company represented the seller, Hillwood Pointe LLC, in the transaction involving the West Nashville complex.
The 180-unit complex, built in 1997, had an occupancy rate of more than 95 percent at the time of the sale. The deal represents a purchase price of $82,500 per unit.
“The Charlotte Pike corridor is dynamic," Dennis Harris, partner of The Kirkland Company, which specializes in the sale of apartment communities, said in a released. "It’s been exciting to watch all of the new developments and businesses that are helping drive this growth. Hillwood Pointe’s proximity to downtown, access to I-40, road frontage on Charlotte Pike and convenience to Nashville West Shopping Center made this asset very attractive to so many investors.”
“We had a deep pool of very qualified groups interested, but QR was an excellent choice for the buyer and came highly recommended from brokers we work with across the country,” Harris added.
