Struggling restaurant chain Logan's Roadhouse is turning the promotional page as Chief Marketing Officer Todd Townsend prepares to leave the company and will be replaced by an executive who spent more than 10 years at McDonald's.
Bob Kim, at left, started working at Nashville-based Logan's on Tuesday as vice president of marketing. He had previously spent almost a year and a half as a Chicago-based account director at global advertising agency Leo Burnett, where he oversaw the work on almost 500 McDonald's locations in the Windy City and Northwest Indiana. Before that, he worked for almost 11 years at the McDonald's corporate operations, rising to marketing director.
