Former Vanguard executive and e+CancerCare Tim Petrikin is back on the entrepreneurial path and focused on fixing primary care. Earlier this week, Jarrard Phillips Cate & Hancock co-founder Molly Cate described in the firm's Inside Baseball  newsletter the plans for Ampersand Health.

Through contracts with health plans — primarily government-based, but not exclusively — Ampersand will seek to provide the capital for care coordination infrastrucure.
