Nashville-based RevPoint Healthcare Technologies has been acquired by health IT holding company Availity, which is based Jacksonville, Florida.
Through the acquisition, terms of which were not disclosed, RevPoint — which changed its name from nTelagent last year — will operate under the Availity brand as part of its revenue cycle management solutions suite. The company will continue to be run out of Nashville and no leadership changes have been announced.

Availity's health information network serves 2,700 hospitals and more than 350,000 providers nationwide through integrated delivery networks and revenue cycle management. Through RevPoint, which focuses on front office payment collection, the company seeks to improve cash flow and extend its reach into the hospital and health system sector.
