Orlando-based senior housing and medical office real estate company ROC Seniors Housing Fund Manager has purchased Nashville-based Maristone Senior Living in a transaction completed April 21, the companies announced this week.
As part of the deal, terms of which were not disclosed in a release , ROC Seniors has also tapped Life Care Services, an Iowa-based senior living community operator, to manage the Maristone communities.
Established in 2007, Maristone includes Maristone of Franklin's 41 assisted-living and 13 memory care residences, and Maristone at Providence, with 48 assisted-living and 13 memory care residences.
Curt Revelette, Maristone CEO, said in a release that the family-owned company was focusing on other endeavors, including its Jonathan's Grille franchise.
"[We] are glad that a company with ROC Seniors' reputation will continue to provide our residents with exceptional service and care," Revelette said.
