Nashville-based OakPoint Advisors announced today the $3.4 million sale of the 131 Third Avenue North Building in downtown Franklin.

The buyer is a local real estate investor, the identity of whom was not disclosed in a release.
At the time of the sale, the 18,463-square-foot building was 90 percent leased to multiple office tenants. Completed in 2009, the 131 Third Avenue Building is one of a handful of Class A office properties located in downtown Franklin and is the bustling area's only property featuring an underground parking garage. It is located near the public square and the pedestrian-oriented Main Street.
Of note, the building’s individual offices showcase historic finishes, private balconies and, in many cases, fireplaces, according to the release.
