Jimmy Granbery is passionate about reinventing Nashville’s manmade environment.
Granbery, CEO of H.G. Hill Realty Co., oversaw the entity’s major 2013, which was highlighted, among other, by the completion of 12South Flats, the start of Hillsboro Village project Hill Center Acklen and the announcement of a Charlotte Avenue mixed-used development.
“2013 was a busy year for us,” Granbery says. “We are pleased with all of our projects from the Family Dollar on Sixth Street and Shelby Avenue to the much-publicized 12South Flats. Division and Broadway (a commercial building) was certainly a highlight, too.”
On a personal note, the veteran developer was involved in the selection of MDHA Executive Director Jim Harbison and of YMCA of Middle Tennessee CEO Dan Dummermuth.
Granbery says 2014, once finished, will have been strong.
“Hill Center Acklen will be completed by the end of the year and construction will be initiated on Hill Center Sylvan Heights,” he says. “We’ll also begin major planning on Hill Center Brentwood and Phase II
