Attorney Rob Peal has joined the law firm of Neal & Harwell as a litigation associate. Previously, he was a major in the U.S. Marine Corps for 13 years.

Peal received his law degree in 2006 from Vanderbilt University Law School. He is a 1996 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with a bachelor's in mechanical engineering. In the Marine Corps, Peal spent time as an F/A-18 flight officer as well as three years as a senior prosecutor.
While on active duty, he deployed three times and saw combat in Afghanistan and Iraq. His personal decorations include the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Air Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal with Combat Distinguishing Device, and Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal.
Litigation-focused Neal & Harwell earlier this year added two other associates [2]. The 38-year-old firm has more than 30 attorneys on staff.
