The Nashville School of Law has named R. Eddie Davidson, a legal veteran of 20 years, a civil litigation instructor.
Davidson, who graduated from the Nashville School of Law in 1989, runs a private catastrophic injury practice in Nashville, focusing on cases involving trucking, fuels and nursing homes. In this role, he has worked on cases across the United States.
“Our students will benefit from learning civil litigation through his refined lenses,” said NSL Dean Judge Joe Loser of Davidson. “In addition, Davidson’s self-inspired technological expertise will be a great asset to our students.”
Davidson also is a faculty member at the National College of Advocacy, the educational arm of the American Association for Justice in Washington, D.C. He also has taught at Harvard Law School.
