LBMC launches mobile device security line, hires senior manager

Lattimore Black Morgan & Cain simultaneously has launched a new service line to safeguard information exchanged over mobile devices and added security specialist Ken Swain as a senior manager in its risk services department.

With the move, LBMC now offers specialized services for mobile applications security including developing, reviewing and implementing mobile policies; secure coding analysis; preventing of data leakage; and ensuring security of data while at rest and in motion.

“Many people are unaware of how quickly and easily data exchanged over a mobile device can be jeopardized,” Swain (pictured here) said in a release.  “We provide an end to end solution, from secure development life-cycle implementation, auditing, testing and research to ensure our clients do not fall victim to these attacks.”

Swain previously served as an engagement manager and senior security engineer at Hewlett-Packard.
