Horton agency names two managers [1]
Advertising agency Horton Group has named former Comcast Spotlight consultant Cole Evans its advertising director [2] and ex-Journal Communications manager Andy Hartley to be its operations lead [3]. The company earlier this month announced it had relocated to Rosa Parks [4] Boulevard from Midtown.
