North Highland Company, an Atlanta-based national business consulting firm, has announced the addition of Steve Favaloro, Shelley Hayes, Stephen Kardon, Phil Kendrick and Lane Sandidge to its Nashville office.
Favaloro (pictured at far left) has been added as a principal in North Highland’s national provider health care practice. Favaloro, with more than 30 years of experience, has expertise in both provider and payer sides of the health care marketplace and has led numerous client engagements in adopting new technology and business processes to improve operations, enhance revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
Favaloro graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor of arts degree in advertising.
Kardon (pictured at right) also has been named a principal in the firm’s national provider health care practice. He received an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University and a bachelor of arts degree in accounting, finance and economics from the University of Maryland.
Kendrick joins as public-sector proposal manager. Kendrick has 25 years of experience as a capture and proposal manager and has won nearly $10 billion in federal, state and local contracts.. Kendrick graduated from Lipscomb University with a bachelor of arts degree in English.
Hayes joins as a manager. Her experience includes work with the Informatics Corp. of America, the Hospital Corp. of America and the Clinical Services Group. She graduated from Tennessee State University with a bachelor of science degree in nursing.
Sandidge, a former senior consultant at Accenture, has joined as manager. Prior to Accenture, Sandidge worked as a consultant for CGI, Inc., performing configuration management, analysis and testing of telecommunications billing and rating systems. Sandidge earned a bachelor of science degree in management information systems with a minor in English from Florida State University.
