LifePoint names two new senior directors for informatics team [1]
Duo will help direct newly formed division within hospital operator
LifePoint has tapped two new senior directors to join its Clinical and Business Informatics team formed last fall, and lead by Brad Owens.
Stepping into the two lead roles are Karla Schnell and Paige Porter, who will serve as senior directors of clinical informatics and pharmacy informatics, respectively.
Porter, who has spent 20 years in the health care field, previously worked in LifePoint’s Pharmacy Operations/Supply Chain department. Schnell was most recently [2] with Brentwood-based consulting outfit North Highland.
