Village adds property management services division [1]
Village Real Estate Services has created a property management division to market to rentors and tenants.
The new division, called Village Property Management, provides services such as online rent collection, accounting, property maintenance and repair, and also sends monthly updates about current market conditions and prices.
"Village has 185 agents representing 64 percent of the urban market and they get daily requests for long-term and short-term rental properties," said Mark Deutschmann, CEO of Village Real Estate Services, in a release.
Sheena Buntyon will head the new division. She has worked with Giarratana-Novare Group and Freeman Webb Co. on projects such as The Viridian and The Bennie Dillon downtown.
