Diagnostic Health Centers is rehabbing its MRI suite at 22nd Avenue North. Bacar will perform $400,000 in upgrades, combining MRI unit with an comprehensive outpatient diagnostic center.
Plasma is pricey
A portion of Madison Square will be rehabbed for CSL Plasma. Nikkin Construction has the $650,000 contract.
Step one at Elliston 23
SLC Commercial Construction has pulled the preliminary permits for the mixed-use Elliston 23 apartment project: a general (un-priced) construction permit and a $769,000 foundation permit. The project will include 331 apartments and 14,000 square feet of ground-floor restaurant and retail space.
Something up at Cannery Row?
Twyman will build a $95,000 stairwell at One Cannery Row. The rest of the space has been designated for future development.
