Genesco names division CFO [1]
Genesco has named Eric Anderson CFO of its Branded Footwear Group, which comprises the Dockers Footwear, Keuka and Johnston & Murphy divisions.
Anderson has more than seven years experience in managing financial operations and analysis. He comes to Nashville-based Genesco from the Triton and Trophy Boats division of Brunswick. (Triton was acquired by a private-equity group [2] last year.) Anderson received his master’s of business administration degree from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University and a bachelor's in finance from the University of Tennessee.
Genesco's Branded Footwear Group sells its goods wholesale, primarily to department stores and independent retailers. Genesco as a whole runs about 2,400 stores in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
