A trio of Cassidy Turley brokers have placed newly formed artist development firm BE Music & Entertainment [2] in the Terrazzo mixed-use tower in The Gulch. BE Music, which is led in part by former Gaylord Entertaiment executive Terry London, will take up "a significant portion" of the second floor's 27,300 square feet. The space will include executive offices, writing rooms, recording and edit bays and a 2,000-square-foot performance area. BE Music plans to move in early this fall.
Cassidy Turley's Rob Gage and Robby Davis represented Terrazzo. Their colleague Mark Gaw represented BE Music. The lease brings Terrazzo's office occupancy to 76 percent.
