Brentwood-based executive search firm The Human Capital Group has opened two offices in Orlando and Miami.
The locations bring Senior Partner Steve Hayes' network to five and will be led by Alan Townsend and Marco and Camille Nozicka. Townsend, who will head up the Orlando office, was previously a vice president at Carematix, a Chicago-based healthcare technology company. The Nozickas have moved to Miami from Kingston, Jamaica, where they worked for brewer Red Stripe and distributor Grace Kennedy, respectively.
Hayes founded Human Capital in 2000 and also runs offices in Augusta, Ga., and Cincinnati. The firm's client list includes Bridgestone, AmSurg and Dollar General.
