People: Ex-Sundquist aide named SE political director for NFIB [1]
Jennifer Hatten has been chosen as Southeast political director by the National Federation of Indpendent Business.
Hatten has served as NFIB's grassroots coordinator for Mississippi, Tennessee and Virginia since 2004. She previously served in the administration of former Gov. Don Sundquist as assistant to the governor for boards and commissions and assistant to the governor for policy.
In her new role, she will oversee political activity in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.
