People: Wyatt and Windrose attorneys join Stites & Harbison [1]
Stites & Harbison PLLC this week announced the addition of two associates, former Wyatt Tarrant & Combs LLC Senior Associate Elizabeth Harris Ferguson and former Windrose Medical Properties Trust Associate Counsel Timothy L. Meyer.
Ferguson [2], who concentrates in business litigation and employment law, is the second Wyatt attorney to join Stites in recent months. Litigator Barbara J. Moss [3] made the move in December.
Meyer [4] focuses on commercial real estate law, often involving acquisition of specialty medical properties. He joined Stites from the Windrose real-state investment trust and will work from Stites' Franklin, Tenn., office.
Stites now has 52 attorneys in Nashville and Wyatt has 20, representatives of the respective firms told NashvillePost.com this afternoon.
