People: Nicely named Administrator of the Year [1]
Tennessee's Commisioner of Transportation Gerald Nicely has been named "Administrator of the Year" [2] by the Tennessee chapter of the American Society for Public Administration, together with the Institute of Government. The announcement comes as part of Public Service Recognition Week, a time set aside to honor Federal, state and local government employees.
