If some or all of those prisoners go to Minnesota, Corrections Corp. will manage them — likely (and this is me talking, not Campbell) at the Appleton facility it recently said will close in six weeks [2]. Helped in part by a number of contract wins, CCA shares (Ticker: CXW [3]) are up more than 50 percent this year.
