New bank in Donelson

CedarStone will open a new branch on Lebanon Pike. Thompson-Steed will build the 4,875-square-foot building in an $886,000 job.

A connector for Aegis

Southland Constructors will fuse two Aegis Sciences Corp. buildings on Hill Avenue with a 4,500-square-foot connector. The $4.2 million project also includes finishes to an existing building, plus parking lot configuration and stormwater management.
