Exterior to feature 'modern and monolithic' aesthetic

Nashville-based Ari Holdings has released a rendering of the 2424 Lofts residential project it hopes to develop on Charlotte Avenue in Midtown.

Tamay Ozari, who oversees Ari Holdings, stressed a start date for the project has not been finalized. The company is accepting deposits for units and interviewing general contractors, he said.

“The timing is perfect for 2424 Lofts,” said Ozari (pictured at right). “The market is perfect, too. The close proximity to Centennial Park and the views of downtown make it a win-win for residents as well as for Nashville.”

Ari Holdings has enlisted B3 Studio of Brentwood to design the five-story 32-unit building, with the project to carry and approximately $4.5 million price tag. The building will be located at 2424 Charlotte Ave. near Centennial Medical Center, HCA and the Lentz Public Health Canter.

Ozari said 2424 Lofts will feature a rooftop deck. Because American Ace Coffee once operated from a building on the site, Ozari is hoping to have the company’s logo in the lobby.

John Barnett, B3 Studio principal, said the project is a” great example of maximizing a tight urban site while still having a truly functional” form and function.

“The envelope of the building will be modern and monolithic, utilizing brick masonry, precast stone and metal panels of varying scale, color and texture while featuring large balconies, expansive windows and a roof-top terrace with fantastic views of both downtown and Centennial Park,” Barnett said. “On the interior, each until will be sleek and clean, featuring modern but warm materials of high quality and finish.”
