The North Gulch office tower planned for HCA Holdings' Parallon Business Solutions subsidiary will rise 14 stories, based on images the Post obtained Monday.
The building has been designed with a contemporary exterior aesthetic and will include retail spaces on three sides, according to a information packet in which the renderings are included. It will sit at the northwest corner of the intersection of Charlotte and 11th avenues, catty-corner from the Eleven North apartment building.
To date, HCA and its architect, Gresham Smith & Partners, have yet to reveal images of either the Parallon building or the tower that will be home to HCA's Sarah Cannon Research Institute. The two structures will sit on about 10.2 acres for which HCA paid $10.6 million earlier this year.
The two buildings will accompany Northwestern Mutual Real Estate Investments' Capitol View project, which will sit on about 22 acres and include a mixture of uses.
HCA officials could not be reached for comment late Monday.
