Constangy brings on associate from Jackson firm

UT Law grad to focus on litigation

Labor and employment law firm Constangy Brooks & Smith has added associate Phylinda Ramsey to its Nashville office.

Ramsey joins Constangy from Pentecost and Glenn in Jackson, Tennessee, where she had spent more than two years. At Constangy, she will focus on litigation in state and federal courts.

“We are most pleased Phylinda has joined us and look forward to introducing her to our clients and colleagues,” said Zan Blue, a Constangy partner and head of the Nashville office.

Ramsey, who is from Monteagle, earned her law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law. While attending law school, Ramsey served as an editor on both the Tennessee Law Review and the Tennessee Journal of Business Law.

Constangy’s local office is home to about a dozen attorneys and is one of 25 outposts for the firm.
