Palmer sells Midtown site last home to Arby's for $3M

West End parcel awaits Cook Out eatery

Nashville-based developer Alex S. Palmer has made a significant profit after selling a Midtown property located adjacent to the office tower that bears his name.

Palmer sold the 0.4-acre site at 1809 West End Ave. for $3 million, according to the Davidson County Register of Deeds documents. He purchased the parcel 20 years ago for $324,756.

The property, located next door to the 18-story Palmer Plaza office building, was occupied by an Arby’s restaurant. It will soon be home to the first Nashville location for Cook Out, a fast-food chain (read more here).
