BABC relocates health care partner to Nashville

Nonprofit specialist rejoined firm in January

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings has relocated a health care specialist to its Nashville office from Birmingham.

John Perry is a partner in BABC's health care practice group and has been working in Alabama since January, when he rejoined the firm at which he started his legal career as an associate in 1997. Perry — who had been a partner with Edmunds & Williams in Lynchburg, Virginia — has more than 14 years of experience working with nonprofit health systems, health care providers and physician practices. His work has covered various parts of the compliance landscape as well as contracting, physician practice integration and other governance matters.

“John’s legal knowledge and experience in the not-for-profit health care industry is an asset to the team,” said Jay Hardcastle, chair of the Health Care Practice Group.

Perry earned his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law after earning a bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University.
