Frost Brown Todd adds to payments industry group

Senior associate makes move from Waller

Law firm Frost Brown Todd has added Josh Rosenblatt to its nascent electronic payments industry team.

Rosenblatt joins Frost Brown Todd's downtown office from Waller, where he spent about three and a half years. He joins a recently launched practice group that is led by Howard Herndon, who made the move from Waller earlier this spring. Rosenblatt has primarily focused on the electronic payments and health care sectors and has focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities law and general corporate law.

Rosenblatt earned a dual J.D. and MBA degree from Vanderbilt Law School and Owen Graduate School of Management in 2010.

Frost Brown Todd’s Nashville team comprises more than 30 attorneys.
