Wealth management company to take Loews Vanderbilt Plaza space

Stonebridge will leave Music Row for Midtown

Stonebridge Wealth Management President and CEO Mitch Martin announced today the company has signed a long-term lease for office space at the Loews Vanderbilt Plaza.

Financial terms of the lease were not disclosed in a release.

Stonebridge — which has about 200 accounts and manages about $63 million — will move from office space at 1222 16th Ave. S. on Music Row to Loews, which is located  at 2100 West End Ave.

Of note, Stonebridge focuses on wealth managment services with sports and entertainment clients and their families.

“This is a tremendous step for Stonebridge,” said Martin (pictured). “Moving to the Lowes Vanderbilt Plaza is a demonstration of our continuing commitment to build a distinctive multifamily office and wealth management firm specifically for high net worth clients in the professional sports and entertainment spaces.”

Dan Bauchiero, Byran Fort and Barry Smith, all with Eakin Partners, represented both Stonebridge and Loews in the transaction.

“We are pleased that Stonebridge has chosen the Loews Vanderbilt Plaza as the new home for its corporate headquarters,” Bauchiero said in the release. “Their decision to move to this property reaffirms Nashville’s West End area as a preferred location for industry-leading organizations like Stonebridge.”

Stonebridge Wealth Management is the parent company of Stonebridge Investment Counsel, LLC,  and Stonebridge Family Office.
