Shareable Ink names chief growth officer

Former Allscripts SVP to lead biz development

Cloud computing company Shareable Ink announced Greg Shorten has joined the company as its chief growth officer.

In the newly created position, Shorten will oversee sales, business development and marketing at Shareable Ink, which is headquartered in Cummins Station and also has an office in Boston. Most recently, Shorten served as senior vice president of sales at Allscripts. He has also held positions at ChannelHealth at IDX systems, Genzyme and US Surgical.

"Greg is a great addition to the Shareable Ink team," President and CEO Laurie McGraw said in a release. "His extensive experience, drive and focus on client success is a great fit at an important time for the company as we grow and expand into additional health care markets."
