Waller adds two partners at Nashville office

Firm brings on former LifePoint counsel, Tennessee Bar Association section chair

Nashville-based law firm Waller announced today the addition of Michelle Marsh and Angela Youngberg as partners of its local office.

Marsh, who practiced at Waller earlier in her career, advises hospitals, health systems and outpatient service providers on a variety of regulatory issues. Previously, she was vice president and associate general counsel for LifePoint Hospitals and most recently worked as chief compliance officer and regulatory counsel for SpecialtyCare.

Youngberg's practice focuses on health care regulatory compliance and operations. She represents clients in Medicare and other third-party payer audits and appeals and other patient privacy matters. Youngberg (on the right in our photo) is the immediate past chair of the Tennessee Bar Association's Health Law Section and had previously spent more than 17 years at Rainey Kizer Reviere & Bell in Jackson, Tenn.

"Waller's reputation in the health care industry is made every day because of our attorneys and the clients that we are fortunate to serve," John Tishler, Waller chairman, said in a release. "We have a tremendous roster of talented attorneys, and we are always looking to add to that depth."

Additionally, three other attorneys have joined the firm's other offices. Zachary Trotter joined the Birmingham office as an associate, and Wes Scott and Jacob Weinstein joined Waller in Memphis as associates.

Waller is home to more than 175 attorneys at offices in Nashville, Memphis, Birmingham and Austin.
