Eventbrite picks Cummins Station for office

Ticketing venture hiring more than 40

Global ticketing company Eventbrite has signed a lease with the owners of downtown's Cummins Station, where it plans to house the bulk of more than 40 people it is hiring locally.

Eventbrite will take up about 3,000 square feet on the second floor of Cummins Station, which is managed by Zach Liff and DZL Management. Its new space once housed the Johnny Jackson’s Soul Satisfaction bar and will be remodeled to feature an open seating plan while keeping the bar area as a lunch space.

San Francisco-based Eventbrite last month said it plans to hire 45 area customer service workers. The company is marketing a number of the perks it provides to home-office employees, including a flexible shift schedule, on-site chair massages and stipends for both meals and wellness services.
