Acme building's new life gets official

The $4.4 million revitalization of First & Broadway's long-shuttered Acme Farm Supply Building (see image) is getting underway. Crain Construction has the contract to prep the building for Tom Morales' Acme Food & Spirits project.

More state renovations

Solomon will renovate two floors located in 200 Athens Way for the Tennesseee Department of Children's Services. It's a $2.048 million project.

Cambridge Swinerton has the $888,906 permit to lay the foundation for the Opus 29 project Stonehenge is undertaking at 301 29th Ave. near Centennial Park.

Germantown Commons finish out

Parkside Builders has pulled 13 permits totalling $1.25 million to finish out the units in Building B at Germantown Commons cohousing project located at 1325 Fifth Ave. N. The project (see image below) includes three one-bedroom units, eight two-bedroom units and two three-bedroom units.
