Waller recruits another from BABC in 'Bama

VU Law grad specializes in health care regulatory compliance, transactions

Waller has for the second time in three months recruited a health care attorney in Birmingham from rival firm Bradley Arant Boult Cummings.

Joining the Alabama office of Waller is associate Kristen Larremore, primarily works with health care providers in regulatory compliance and transactional matters. She had been at Bradley Arant since January of last year; before that, she had spent six years at Balch & Bingham. She is a 2006 graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School.

Larremore's move comes a few months after partner Colin Luke jumped from BABC to Waller, which now has 10 attorneys in the Magic City and about 200 in all. BABC's Birmingham office is home to about half of its 440 attorneys.

"Kristen adds valuable healthcare experience to our Birmingham office," said Waller chairman John Tishler. "We are steadily expanding our healthcare practices in Birmingham and Austin, and Kristen is an important addition for us. We are thrilled she has joined the Waller team."
