More condos on Long

Ten condo units will be constructed at 3210 Long Blvd. in West End Park. The Mezzo Lofts project comes in at $1.75 million.

New building for Cleghorn

Steelhead will build a three-story building — one level of parking and two for office — for $1.7 million on Cleghorn Avenue in Green Hills.

Charter school on Dickerson

D.F. Chase will build the two-story 3,715-square-foot Rocketship Charter School on Dickerson Road. It's a $4.4 million job.

Bellevue Library gets official

Messer will build the new 25,000-square-foot Bellevue branch library to be located at 720 Baugh Road. It's a $3.4 million project.

Hill's Midtown project gets a steakhouse

Carter Group will rehab 5,419 square feet for Union Common Steakhouse (pictured) at H.G. Hill Realty's Midtown project located at 1929 Broadway. The steakhouse project comes in at $980,000.

HCA rehab

Harvest will rehab the east side of the fifth floor at HCA building No. 2. The work totals $875,300.

New bar for the Rock Block

A former Mexican restaurant at 2208 Elliston will get a $150,000 rehab from Modern to start a new life as The 2212 Bar.

Service Source adds space

DWC will rehab 1,100 square feet at 201 Fourth Ave. N. for the building's signature tenant, Service Source. It's a $350,000 job.

VMG Health to The Pinnacle

Thomas Constructors will build out 5,791 feet at The Pinnacle at Symphony Place for VMG Health. The job totals $225,000.

Lockheed gets downtown space

Thomas will rehab space in the Fifth Third Building for Lockheed Martin. The 3,154 square-foot rehab will cost $50,000.
