GNAR names new CEO

Springer comes from grocers' group to replace Klein

Jarron Springer will take over as CEO of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors next month, replacing Don Klein, who is leaving after 16 years with the real estate agent trade group.

Springer (pictured) joins GNAR after a stint as president of the Tennessee Grocers & Convenience Store Association.

"We are pleased to welcome Jarron Springer to the GNAR team," GNAR President Hagan Stone said in a release. "He brings a depth of experience within the community and political realm, relationships with key officials and ties with associations across the state. Under Springer’s leadership and direction the association will be able to advance its strategies and continue to grow its influence as the voice of real estate in the Nashville market."

Springer received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alabama. He then went on to obtain a J.D. from the Nashville School of Law. He has served the TGCSA since 1999 and became president of the organization in 2005.

"I am excited to join GNAR,” said Springer. "The association is well-established, has experienced incredible growth and is poised to continue its success especially during a time when Nashville is a sought-after destination for homebuyers. I look forward to working with the strong leadership and staff in place."
